The project consists of one existing single-family residential site. The site is roughly four tenths (0.4) of an acre in size and located at the captioned address. Site development and related accessories for a new pool is anticipated. Select plans for the existing site are available and will be supplied to us. Water is currently and shall continue to be supplied by utility. Sewage disposal is currently and shall continue to be municipal sewer. Wetlands are presumed to be absent from the property and have not been flagged for this project. A survey was provided to define the project.
