• Perform field study to obtain the locations and elevations of catchments, and drainage pipes on the
subject property as needed. Any required field exploratory excavations to be provided by others (not
included in our estimate).
• Evaluate overall hydrology and detention requirements of the site for existing developed
conditions as required.
• Analyze and check existing drainage system per Town Engineering Department requirements.
• Prepare a record drainage location plan and drainage letter for submittal to the Town.
