Independence Place is a hotel that offers an extended stay to its customers. This type of service demanded building a kitchenette for its extended-stay customers.
Lumina Lidar provided a full LiDAR scan, 3D model, and 2D floor plan. The fieldwork performed took 3 days to finish a 70,000 square-feet floor area.

Single-Family Residence
This single-family residence in New Rochelle had been built since the 1970s. The buyer of the house just closed a deal with the owner and they plan to renovate some areas of the house in 1st and 2nd floor.
Lumina Lidar scanned the exterior and the interior of the house and perform drafting of 2D floor plans and elevations of the house that satisfied the architect's requirements.

Charleston Residence
Wayne Windham Architects requested an existing conditions floor plan and elevations for a new additional design and renovation of the residential home in Charleston, SC.

Church of St. Cecilia - Rectory
Lumina Lidar performed LiDAR scanning on the entire rectory building and drafted 2D floor plans and elevations for Contadino Architects.
Lumina Lidar also used GPS to geolocate the data on State Plane Coordinates with survey-grade accuracy so the architectural plans can be superimposed with old and future survey of the property for asset management, design, or renovations.

View Street Condominium
The View Street Condominium was built in 2019 and needed an as-built model of all new units for documentation and asset management.

Residential Porte Cochère
The owner of the property wanted to measure his porte cochere he could renovate and decorate it in the future, and also to know how big the horizontal and vertical clearances are to know which vehicle can fit.
