The project consists of four buildings; three two-story and one three-story - comprised of 180 units and approximately 96,200 square feet - and an architectural scope of installing kitchenettes, upgrading amenity areas, and performing certain cosmetic and other rehabilitation of the property. There are 7 unit types (to receive new kitchenettes) and 5 amenity spaces we will be doing work in. Some basic drawings have been provided by your team. We are putting kitchenettes in 51 of the existing units. There are 17 down units and 1 amenity space to be refitted and put back into use. We have a design concept completed and we will provide architectural drawings for plan review. The team will be especially sensitive to any regulations that might require additional permitting or
code compliance.
