As may be required for any individual Task Order assigned to the
SUBCONSULTANT under the terms of this agreement, the SUBCONSULTANT shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and travel for topographic surveying, hydrographic surveying, utility surveying, GPR surveying, land/boundary surveying &
mapping, legal metes & bounds surveys, site/civil/roadway surveying, construction surveying, any manner of field measurements, existing condition measurement and documentation, terrain modeling, and other related tasks for which SUBCONSULTANT markets and is qualified, licensed, certified, and registered to perform within the State of New York.
